If the error is from the website (wrong item, defective product, or item not as described): Returns must be requested within 48 hours. The website bears all shipping costs. If the customer wishes to return or exchange a non-defective product: The customer will bear a 2 KWD delivery fee. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective.
