 If registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the entity to this agreement, and that both you and the entity will comply with all applicable laws governing e-commerce.
No individual or entity may register more than one account on the website.

3. Registration and Account Security

 By doing so, you agree to the following:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account information and password, and accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Promptly notify the website of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

  • Indemnify the website for any unauthorized use of your account by you or any third party.

  • Not include the term “7Riviera” or any variation thereof in your username.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

Within Kuwait:

  • Delivery fee: Fixed at 2 KWD.

  • Orders confirmed before 7:00 PM (Kuwait time) will be delivered the same day.

  • Orders confirmed after 7:00 PM (Kuwait time)will be delivered the next day.

  • Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

GCC Countries:

  • International shipping is available to GCC countries.

  • Delivery takes 2–3 business days

  • The customer is responsible for all international shipping costs, customs duties, and applicable taxes. These charges will be clearly displayed before checkout.

 Return and Exchange Policy:

  • If the error is from the website (wrong item, defective product, or item not as described):

    • Returns must be requested within 48 hours.

    • The website bears all shipping costs.

  • If the customer wishes to return or exchange a non-defective product:

    • Customers are responsible for the delivery fee

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective.

  • Upon approval, a pickup will be scheduled.

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, a refund will be processed according to your bank’s policies.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website — including but not limited to text, designs, logos, graphics, software, and digital content — is the exclusive property of 7Riviera or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8. Trademarks

All logos, names, and designs displayed on the website, whether registered or not, are trademarks of 7Riviera. They may not be used in connection with any product or service not affiliated with the website, or in any way that may harm its reputation.
 Other trademarks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and may or may not be affiliated with the website.

 The website reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who breaches the Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, or causes legal issues. The website may take technical and/or legal action against such users.

 In the event of translation, the Arabic version shall prevail.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. This clause shall survive termination of the agreement for any reason.
